Karina Davila
Design UX Strategy
Karina Davila is a researcher and experience designer with over 10 years of expertise in UI/UX design and behavioral research. Her journey in art and design began at a young age, evolving into a deep passion for creating visuals and user experiences that tell compelling stories. From designing logos and websites to mastering calligraphy, illustrations, and user experience design, Karina has explored all facets of design to deliver strategic, user-centered solutions.
At HumanXDesign, Karina helps organizations understand how people think, feel, and make decisions, translating this understanding into effective and impactful designs. She has worked with a wide range of clients, from small studios to large corporations, bringing a strategic approach to every project. She thrives on projects that merge design and strategy, especially those focused on social good and community impact.
Karina holds a Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) in Design for Social Innovation from the School of Visual Arts (SVA), where she was part of the first-ever MFA program dedicated to social impact design. She also earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Graphic Design from Barry University, and worked as a freelance graphic designer for the Ending Poverty Conference.
Karina is dedicated to creating experiences that not only engage and empower users but also guide them toward meaningful actions. Her work ensures that design and strategy come together to communicate choices in a way that resonates and drives results.
